click on it to create the page.

Create a list of pages titles on your user page or your talk page
Or, just add text to any other page you can edit.

Just add [[ page title to create ]] to the page.

Add the new image title to your user page
Just, add [[ File:filename ]] to upload.
Save the page (shift-alt-s)
Then, click on the red image title and proceed to upload.
