His for-profit experiences include experience as a self-employed Alaska commercial fishermen and vessel owner; founder and President of Silver Lining Seafoods and NorQuest Seafoods - medium size Alaska seafood processing companies; board member of the United Bank of Southeast Alaska; Board member of the Anvil Corporation (and employee owned ESOP company specializing in oil and gas engineering).
